Multiple cancellations. 1001 excuses but 0 changes, and no ownership to their mistakes. My dates have been pushed by 6 months. No apologies, no credits, no solutions proposed. They give priority to people joining after you whenever they cancel your classes because of x, y, z excuse. I would give 0 star if I could. No customer service at all. Very very unprofessional. And let me tell you that I am not a Karen. I am actually a customer who can easily appreciate good business. But they have none, so here we are, one of the poorest customer service experience in my life. Honestly would not recommend. You will see some good reviews and may think that it is fine. But think twice, probability of getting good service is probably around 2 out of 10.
