Concerns …. Qualifications of staff, care givers, and cooks. Reports of cold meals, highly salted food, poorly cooked meats, etc, making it difficult for residents with dentures and or no teeth, to chew their food. Lack of professional staff. RN on staff has another full time job and is rarely available to answer calls of concern. Does the health department have any say so as far as Ruby Manor is concerned?
