Five ⭐️ status all the way...My Dad was here with vascular dementia for four years and I can’t say enough good things about the staff!!! Well dad called them his “ hand picked angels”. From the level of respectful care, to the kindness of the culture fostered, to the beautiful meals, to the cleanliness of his private room, to the care of his handsome clothes…Mom and I was always happy and proud to see Dad each and every time. Stephen & Ann Marie his nurses were caring and compassionate and always stopping in to say hi and check on all 3 of us and giving us updates on Dad’s health. Pam aka Jon is favourite personal care attendee and he called out to her( steady )and she was always loving and patient with him. Annette his social worker was fantastic from day one and consoled both mom and I during every yearly meeting, even when all we could do was cry!!! Margie on the front desk always greeted us with a smile and “ Stanley is so lucky to have such a devoted wife and family” and when we were leaving “ drive safe my love “ Even in Dad’s last moments, Ann Marie & Pam held his hands and encouraged him to go “meet Mom in heaven with the angels” as she had suddenly died 9 days earlier ... The Payne family cannot never Thank YOU enough!!! Chancellor Park will always hold a Special place in our ...as leading ambassadors in long term care in our province ...
