On Tuesday August 2nd I put a frozen Fish n' Brewis product in my microwave, for 4 minutes, following the packaging cooking instructions. I went to the bathroom and when I came back out my kitchen was filled with black smoke and the product was on fire in my microwave. Another minute and I'm sure my house would have been on fire!!I contacted Mr Tony Nippard, owner and operator of Arthur Kitchens, reported the incident and sent photos. He told me it was Impossible that their product caused the fire and blamed my microwave that was purchased new in January of 2021. My microwave is now ruined and I cannot use it because of the horrible smell of the fire that is now impregnated in my microwave. Mr Nippard has Refused any responsibility for this incident even though it was his product that caught fire and my microwave was working perfectly fine before this!! He has been condescending and dismissive throughout this whole incident. I am Very Very unhappy with his non action and want to let everyone know how customers are treated by him! Buyer Beware!!!
