My review is of the phone serviced provided ...the system is just not working ... I have tried so many time for 3 wks for 3-4 times daily with no success of getting through ...my opinion is, this cant be a coincidence that this is just happening when I try . Today & another day I had to take the time to go to the office to make an appointment . Yes we have a shortage of Drs & if this was the case for me it would be more understandable thus keep trying to find a new Doctor OR if you were told there's no appointment available for the day you want then you take another BUT this way of not being able to reach the office shouldnt be . My opinion is if the service provided is not working then we move on to another ... In this case the decision would be for the doctors involved so they can assure the clients / patience a successful service for communication . My displeasure was stated today ,only , to advise of the failed service & did express such to a staff member but when speaking to another concerned patience waiting was told by the staff member : " to speak of it elsewhere as it was upsetting to hear " Yes its upsetting to all especially when not feeling well you have to leave home in Paradise to drive to the clinic for a week later appointment .
I have never had a problem with the staff & least not a faithful DR OF 25 YRS .
